Drake May Have Given Kanye West A Peace Offering Amid Their Feud

Hip-hop fans know Drake and Kanye West have had somewhat of a rocky relationship over the last ten years, however, on the whole, it’s been good between both men. Despite working together on a number of occasions, they’re not getting along as they used too.

Reportedly, over the last two years, Drake and Kanye have continuously fired shots at one another. In fact, many fans believed that Drake’s line on “Laugh Now Cry Later” was aimed directly at the star who recently started working with GAP.

Drake says in the song that “distance between us is not like a store, this isn’t a closeable gap.” However, a new report from Hot New Hip Hop says Drake may actually be ready to start being friendly with the GAP collaborator once again.

In a now-deleted social media post from the OVO producer, NEENYO, it featured a photo of an envelope that read, “To Ye From Drake,” along with the OVO owl logo.

Since then, NEENYO has removed it from his Instagram Story, but many social media users managed to screenshot it and it’s now making its way around the internet.

Reportedly, Drake is getting ready to drop another studio record, Certified Lover Boy, which is slated to come out sometime soon. Initially, people believed it would be out this past Friday, but it wound up just being a rumor.

On the other hand, celebrity fans of the performing artist have been showing off their merch bundles on Instagram, suggesting the record is coming out very soon.

As for Kanye, he has been busy making waves in the headlines for his recently announced presidential run, which he first unveiled to the world during the 4th of July weekend. Amid news he had started working with GAP, Kanye announced he would be running for the presidency.

In the past, Kanye had suggested he was going to run eventually, but no one ever believed he would actually try. However, his campaign has been fraught with problems, including a new report from The Washington Post which cites individuals who claim they were tricked into becoming electors.
